Payment methods
Purchases made on Locherber Skincare are safe and guaranteed and payment can be made in one of the following ways:
- Payment by bank transfer in advance
- Payment by credit card via Stripe circuit
- Payment with Paypal system
Payment by bank transfer in advance
In case of payment by bank transfer, the order will be handled only after confirmation of the full amount credited.
Payment must be made within 3 days from the order date. For correct and quick order management, the Customer must indicate the order number, date, name and surname of the Customer in the reason for payment.
After this deadline, the order will be automatically canceled.
The availability of the chosen product will be evaluated at the time of accreditation.

Payment by credit card via Stripe circuit
Credit card payments are handled through the Stripe company.
Where the user chooses to pay by credit card, the reference bank will authorize the debit of the amount relating to the purchase made. In case of cancellation it will be requested by BAER the cancellation of the transaction and the reversal of the committed amount.
The release times depend exclusively on the banking system. Once the transaction has been canceled, BAER in no case can it be held responsible for delays and / or damages caused by the banking system.
BAER reserves the right to request additional information from the user or to send copies of documents demonstrating ownership of the card used. In case of refusal BAER reserves the right not to accept the conclusion of the contract. At no time during the purchase procedure by credit card is BAER able to know personal information relating to the owner of the same, since the information is transmitted directly to the website of the bank that manages the transaction, secure site.
Payment with Pay Pal
By selecting the PayPal payment type, the user will be redirected to a page on the PayPal site and payment will be made in the manner indicated therein.
The information provided on the PayPal site will not be shared with BAER but they will be managed directly by the same.
In case of cancellation of the order or non-acceptance by BAER the amount will be refunded to the PayPal account. BAER will not be in any way responsible for delays and / or damages caused in this phase.
Shipping and Costs
The cost of shipping is charged to the user and will be calculated automatically by the system.
Delivery in countries Extra EU
In case of delivery in country outside Eu the customer will pay the delivery and any local taxes or duties in that country. If the customer decide not to take the pack for any reason the customer will need to pay the delivery cost to import in Italy or the cost to destroy locally the pack by local carrier. In this case there will not any refund of products and delivery already paid by the customer.
Delivery Times
The delivery times of the goods vary depending on the availability in stock of the purchased product (eg if the product is available from the manufacturer) and the delivery methods envisaged for the same.
In any case, the delivery date is purely indicative and is in no way binding for BAER.
BAER makes use of the couriers / carriers that offer the best quality / price for the destination concerned: this allows us to offer our customers advantageous prices and quality of service.
In no case will it be possible to make deliveries by appointment and / or at fixed times and / or days.
In case of non-delivery of the goods due to an incorrect address provided by the user or due to storage in the courier / carrier's warehouses and / or in any case for any cause attributable to the user's behavior, a new shipment will be possible ONLY upon payment advance of the same according to the methods indicated by BAER.
Delivery of Goods
Upon delivery of the goods, the user is required to check that the packaging is intact and not altered even in the closing tapes.
In case of tampering and / or breakage, the user must immediately contest the shipment and / or delivery using the document received from the courier or other operator and adding the words "RESERVE TO CHECK GOODS FOR ....." (indicate the reason).
The user must subsequently report any damage within 3 days of receipt of the goods in the manner prescribed by the operator who carried out the shipment.
